Waterlane SPA A2 is a duplex, family apartment located in a very modern apartment building next to the river. The apartment is intended for a family of up to 6 or a group of friends. The 95-meter apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and a washing machine, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. A large terrace is an additional space.
The apartment includes a parking space in the garage. The parking space is provided for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 1.5 meters in height.
