Nadmotławie Estate 39, with an area of 37m2, is a modern studio apartment designed with the comfort and convenience of up to 4 adults in mind. Bright interiors, natural materials, and a coherent color scheme create a pleasant space conducive to rest and relaxation.

• The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed with sleeping function and a flat-screen TV, Smart TV, and cable TV – a perfect solution for peaceful evenings. Right next to the sofa is a designer hanging cocoon, which is not only a striking decorative element but also a unique place to relax with a book or coffee.
• The apartment features a comfortable sleeping area, offering a cozy double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and an additional Smart TV, providing privacy and comfort during the stay.
• The modern kitchenette is fully equipped and allows easy meal preparation. Guests have at their disposal a induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a complete set of kitchen utensils and accessories. The functional kitchen island also serves as a dining area or workspace. A welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared for guests.
• The apartment has direct access to a private, fenced, and furnished terrace with a garden, an ideal spot for morning coffee, relaxation after a day full of experiences, or a moment of respite in the fresh air.
• The elegant bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, sink, and toilet. Guests also have at their disposal a washing machine, hairdryer, hotel towels, and basic toiletries, ensuring full comfort even during longer stays.

The apartment is located at Sienna Grobla 8 in Gdańsk, in an attractive and rapidly developing part of the city center, right on the Motława River. The immediate vicinity includes numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and service points, allowing full enjoyment of the city's charms without the need for long journeys.

Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the Ołowianka island with the AmberSky Ferris wheel, as well as the lively Old Town with the Long Market, Neptune Fountain, historic gates, and numerous cultural institutions.

The facility features a pleasant, green common terrace. An additional advantage of the apartment building is the shared area, including a free gym, children's playroom, and a sauna available for an extra fee.
