Despite its small size of 30m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite which is a SMART TV and a fold-out sofa. In this small space, there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast or any other meal. Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, containing everything needed for a multi-day stay. 

The Nadmotławie 83 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization phase, but on the way to the Old Town, you will constantly enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town's tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally charged sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
