Nadmotławie 94 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a family of 4. Although the apartment is modest in size, measuring 52m2, it meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. Two bedrooms, a very sunny living room equipped with a sofa with a sleeping function, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a large balcony — perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. 

The Nadmotławie 94 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area's revitalization has only just begun, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town’s townhouses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant look, is the shared zone — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally payable sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The rental cost of a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
