The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of the highest hotel standard and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow‑white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. We also make our guests' stay more pleasant with a welcome kit in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.

Nadmotławie 94 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a family of 4. Although the apartment is not large — it is 52m2 — it will meet the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. Two bedrooms, a very sunny living room equipped with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a generously sized balcony — ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink. 

The apartment Nadmotławie 94 is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed and opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Although the area around the apartment is only just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will nevertheless be accompanied by a view of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's historic buildings.

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits vehicles equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
