Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also greeted with a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 94 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a 4-person family. The apartment, despite its small size of 52m2, will meet the demands of the most discerning guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. Two bedrooms, a very sunny living room equipped with a sofa with a sleeping function, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. An additional space is provided by a sizable balcony — perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The apartment Nadmotławie 94 is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, the marina, or the tenements of the Old Town will accompany us along the way to the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
