Apartments Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Granaria B21 is a very pleasant and stylish place ensuring full comfort during your stay. It is fully equipped and thoughtfully furnished. This unique 44 square meter apartment is a perfect place for those seeking charm and comfort. It is designed for a maximum of 4 persons. 

The central element of the living room is a large fold-out sofa, which can serve as a comfortable bed for guests. It's an ideal place to relax after a day spent exploring the area. The kitchenette is fully equipped, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The double bed with a comfortable mattress in the bedroom ensures a restful sleep, and the minimalist decor makes it cozy and relaxing. The bathroom with toilet features modern amenities, such as a rain shower. It's an ideal place to unwind and refresh after an active day.

A major advantage of this apartment is its charming balcony. It is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation, where you can enjoy fresh air and views of the surroundings. It is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, allowing you to spend time outdoors for most of the year. 

Guests have access to a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and jacuzzi for a fee of 150 PLN/1.5h in the building next door. Prior reservation is required, and payment must be made at the reception of the Deo Plaza building.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The building is situated on the Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Located just above the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. On the ground floor of the building, you will find a grocery store and a popular evening meeting place — the SASSY club. Right next door is Słony Spichlerz — a „food hall”,  where there are restaurants with view terraces and the „E. Wedel” café. Restaurants offer cuisines from around the world, and pubs and cafés are also available. Live music is often heard here.
