Nadmotławie 36 is a very good choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people. Although the apartment is small, with 28m2, it guarantees comfort. The layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed 160 cm wide, right in front of it a small sofa and a television. In this small space, there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast. Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a several-day stay. Additional space is provided by the balcony.

The Nadmotławie 36 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town tenements.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and a paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, allowing entry for cars up to a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
