Additionally, a bathroom with a large shower. Extra space is provided by a balcony — a perfect place for morning coffee.
The Nadmotławie 45 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization phase, along the way to the Old Town you will constantly enjoy the views of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town’s historic townhouses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, allowing cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately beyond control. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
