Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standard with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also treated to a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie 45 is a very good choice for a pleasant stay in Gdańsk for a maximum of 4-person family. The apartment, despite its small size, has 38m2, which will meet the needs of most. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. The bright bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The living room is connected to the kitchenette. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a large shower. An extra space is provided by the balcony – an ideal place for morning coffee. 

The apartment Nadmotławie 45 is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is located right by the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes on foot from the Old Town. The area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, but even so, on the way to the Old Town, we will continuously be accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenements of the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building – consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and a sauna. Use of the common area is included in the apartment price.

The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
