The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

SPA 52 is an incredibly comfortable, fully air-conditioned apartment located in an equally comfortable apartment building. Its distinctive feature is a functional SPA area consisting of a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool. The building is located right next to the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town.

The apartment is designed for up to four people, but couples will enjoy the full comfort. The swimming pool, underground parking, air conditioning, and location are not all the advantages. A huge asset is also the several dozen square meter terrace on the roof, offering an incredible view of the Old Town and its surroundings. This place is also the perfect sunbathing area. The building's height makes us feel much closer to the sun when there.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage hall. The parking space is intended for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters, and height of 1.75m.
