Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also welcomed with a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 87 is a very good choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. There is a comfortable double bed, in front of it a small sofa, and a TV. Preparing meals is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette, which has everything needed for a several-day stay. The bathroom features a shower and a washing machine. An additional space is provided by a balcony.
Apartament Nadmotławie 87 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization period, the view of the river, yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows access for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of places in the garage is limited, and unfortunately, their availability is not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
