The apartment is located in a modern building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in direct vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Along the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. Within the building complex, there is a pleasant, green terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building’s shared area - consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and a sauna available for an additional fee.
