Despite its small size, the apartment, which is 29.5m2, meets the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, in front of it a sofa bed and a TV. In this small space, there is room for a table with chairs, which easily ensures comfort during morning breakfast. Meal preparation is possible in the fully equipped kitchenette, which has everything needed for a several-day stay. Additional space is provided by a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture.

Apartment Nadmotławie 53 is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally charged sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The parking garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
