The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, directly adjacent to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby, on the Ołowianka island. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets.

A pleasant, greened terrace has been created on the premises. A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and an additional paid sauna.
