It is comfortably furnished and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A bright bedroom equipped with a double bed. A living room combined with a kitchenette. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a large shower. Extra space is provided by a fairly large balcony — perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie 73 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenements.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
