Apartment Nadmotławie 73 is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's historic buildings.

A great advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area — which includes a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
