The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standard and the functionality of your own flat. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set including a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

In the spacious living room with a comfortable pull-out sofa and large TV you can spend time together relaxing or watching your favorite movies. The kitchenette, fully equipped with all necessary appliances, allows cooking your own meals and spending time together at the elegant table. The bedroom impresses with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, providing adequate space for storing clothes and personal belongings. The stylish bathroom with a large shower guarantees comfort and convenience during daily care rituals.

An additional advantage of the apartment is the pleasant balcony with a city view - an ideal place for a morning coffee.

The Deo Plaza 319 apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles former granaries in appearance. It is situated right on the Motława River, close to Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here you will find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs and cafes. You can often hear live music, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” cafe.

Guests have access to the pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, and jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Advance booking is required, which along with payment must be made at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 people, with priority given to Radisson Hotel Guests.

If interested in renting a parking spot for 100 PLN/day, please contact +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. Renting a private parking spot depends on availability. The garage entrance height is 1.9m.

Due to its location in the very city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please remember that typical downtown sounds may occur at night.

Please be informed that a refundable deposit of 500 PLN will also be blocked on the credit/debit card provided at booking.
