The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standard with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Guests’ stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Deo Plaza 319 is a unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children, offering a comfortable and spacious apartment for four adults. It is an excellent combination of functionality, elegance, and comfort, creating the perfect environment for a wonderful rest among close ones.

In the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a large TV, you can spend time together, relaxing or watching your favorite movies. The kitchenette, fully equipped with all necessary appliances, allows for preparing your own meals and spending time together at the elegant table. The bedroom impresses with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, providing adequate space for storing clothes and personal items. A stylish bathroom with a large shower guarantees comfort and convenience during daily care rituals.

An additional advantage of the apartment is the pleasant balcony with a city view - an ideal place for a sip of morning coffee.

Deo Plaza 319 apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles the old granaries in appearance. It is situated right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here you can find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” café. 

Guests have at their disposal in the building a pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, to be made along with payment at the reception of the Radisson hotel. The pool is limited to 35 people, with Radisson Hotel Guests having priority access. 

If interested in renting a parking space for 100 PLN/day, please contact us at +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. The possibility of renting a private parking space depends on availability. The garage entrance height limit is 1.9 m.

Thanks to the location in the city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please note that typical downtown sounds may occur at night.

Due to the bridge renovation next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
