Preparing food is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a short stay. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

The Nadmotławie C25 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is only beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses will accompany you all the way to the Old Town.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building’s common area — consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. Rent for a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
