Despite its small size of 35m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, in front of it a TV with SMART function and a fold-out sofa. There is also space for a table with four chairs, which will comfortably accommodate breakfast and any other meals. Cooking is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette, which has everything needed for a several-day stay. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

The apartment Nadmotławie C25 is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization, the walk to the Old Town will constantly be accompanied by the sight of the river, yacht marina, and the old tenement houses of the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
