Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a nicely scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set consisting of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 77 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a 4-person family or group of friends, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Despite its small size of 52m2, the apartment meets the demands of the most discerning guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. There are two bedrooms, a very pleasant living room equipped with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. An additional space is provided by a large balcony — perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie 77 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, marina, or tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us along the way to the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Use of this area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for vehicles equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
