Two bedrooms, a very cozy living room equipped with a sofa bed, kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Additional space includes a sizable balcony—perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie 77 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, along the way to the Old Town, you will continuously enjoy views of the river, a yacht marina, and the Old Town tenements.
One of the great advantages of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area—including a children's playroom, gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage allowing cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits entry of cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of garage spaces is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
