On the wall, there is a Smart TV framed with an original frame resembling a shipping container – an element that refers to the city's shipyard history.
From the living room, there is access to the balcony, which is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. It is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The balcony overlooks a peaceful area with views of greenery and the brick facades of neighboring buildings, emphasizing the industrial character of the location.
