The Granaria C305 apartment is decorated in an elegant soft minimalist style with elements of modern classic. The light color scheme, high-quality finish, and functional layout ensure a comfortable stay for up to 6 people. It is an ideal place for a morning coffee at the large table, evening relaxation on the comfortable sofa, and peaceful sleep in cozy bedrooms – all within a stylish interior in the very center of the city.

• The cozy living room with a sofa bed is an ideal space for relaxing together – a comfortable corner sofa, designer coffee table, and large TV create a homely atmosphere. Light walls, soft textiles, and elegant accessories promote relaxation after a day full of experiences.

• Fully equipped kitchenette includes a hob, oven, dishwasher and a dining table with four chairs. The bright cabinetry and atmospheric lighting create a cozy atmosphere. For the guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

• The intimate bedroom with a double bed, desk, and chest of drawers is an excellent space for resting or working quietly. Soft bedding and subtle decorations ensure a sense of calm and privacy.

• The larger bedroom with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe offers a comfortable space for sleeping and working. Decorations and lighting give it an elegant character.

• The elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower, large mirror, and washing machine impress with modern design and functionality. Marble tiles and carefully selected details create a home spa atmosphere. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries - shower gel, shampoo, and soap.​

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

There is an underground paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour) in the building, with parking space availability solely dependent on the parking operator.

Next door in the building there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA zone, massage and jacuzzi paid 150 PLN/1.5 h. Prior reservation is required and must be made along with the payment at the reception of Prana SPA at the Radisson hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2024, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Exiting the building offers pleasant views: the river, historic Old Town tenements, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting spot - SASSY club.
