The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a pack of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Deo Plaza 123 is a unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children, offering a comfortable and spacious apartment for four adults. It is an excellent combination of functionality, elegance, and comfort, creating an ideal environment for a wonderful rest among close ones.

In the spacious living room with a comfortable fold-out sofa and large television, you can spend time together, relaxing or watching favorite movies. The kitchenette, fully equipped with all necessary appliances, allows cooking your own meals and spending time together at the elegant table. The bedroom delights with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, providing adequate space for storing clothes and personal belongings. A stylish bathroom with a large shower guarantees comfort and convenience during daily care routines.

An additional advantage of the apartment is a pleasant balcony with a city view - an ideal place for a morning coffee sip.

The Deo Plaza 123 apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and its appearance resembles former granaries. Situated right by the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here, you will find restaurants offering cuisine from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music can often be heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” which houses restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” cafe.

Guests have at their disposal in the building a pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and a jacuzzi available for 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which together with payment must be made at the reception of the Radisson hotel. The pool has a capacity limit of 35 people, with priority entrance for Radisson Hotel guests. 

If interested in renting a parking space at 100 PLN /day, please contact +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. The possibility of renting a private parking spot depends on availability. The height clearance to the garage hall is 1.9m.

Thanks to the location in the city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, it is worth remembering that typical downtown sounds may occur at night.

Due to the renovation of the bridge next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
