The Nadmotławie A14 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is right next to the Motława river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walking distance from the Old Town. Although the apartment's neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of the area is included in the apartment price.
