Nadmotławie A14 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for a family of 4 or a group of friends. The apartment, covering an area of 52m2, meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout makes everything in its place. Two bedrooms, a very pleasant living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. An additional space is provided by a balcony - the ideal place for morning coffee or evening drinks.
The apartment includes a parking space in the garage.
The Nadmotławie A14 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization phase, the view of the river, yacht marina, and tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building, which includes a children’s playroom and gym. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.
