Although the apartment is small, at 29m2, it meets the expectations of the most demanding guests. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite which there is a television. The dining area includes a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs, which easily ensures comfort during breakfast or any other meal. A separate room is the bathroom with a shower. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine needed for a comfortable longer stay.  Additional space is provided by a balcony with comfortable furniture. The balcony is an ideal place for morning coffee and an evening drink. The view throughout the day is unique — the river combined with the historic Gdańsk Shipyard buildings.

The Nadmotławie A49 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building handed over in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment’s surroundings are just beginning their revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a playroom for children and a gym. Using the area is included in the apartment price.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage hall, which allows entrance for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters.
