The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standards and the functionality of a private apartment. Nadmotławie A49 is the perfect choice for a very romantic and very comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. Despite its small size of 29m2, the apartment meets the demands of the most discerning guests. It is stylishly decorated, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. The comfortable double bed faces the television. The dining area features a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs that provides comfort for morning breakfasts or any other meals. The separate room is a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine necessary for a comfortable, longer stay. An additional space is provided by a balcony with comfortable furniture. The balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee and an evening drink. The view throughout the day is unique – the river combined with the historic architecture of the Gdańsk Shipyard.
The Nadmotławie A49 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building that was completed in December 2020. It is located right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization period, the view of the river, marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building – consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Using this area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with a underground garage, allowing vehicles up to 2 meters high to enter.
