The apartment is located in a modern residential building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky Ferris wheel located nearby, on the island of Ołowianka. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. The property also features a pleasant, green terrace.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a free gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.
