The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris wheel, located just nearby, on the Ołowianka Island. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find a variety of restaurants, shops, and service outlets. On the premises, there is a pleasant, green terrace.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym and additionally paid sauna.
