The apartment impresses with modern decor and a thoughtful layout, creating a space suitable for both relaxation and comfortable everyday living. On 50 m² it contains everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the entire unit has been prepared for up to 4 adults.

• The central feature is air-conditioned living room decorated in muted tones, with a large sofa bed providing extra sleeping space. Opposite is a TV with Smart TV functionality, so you can relax comfortably with your favorite programs.

• From the living room there is access to a balcony with a view of a modern residential complex.

• The kitchenette is integrated to make the most of the space while maintaining a light arrangement. Guests have at their disposal an oven, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine and kettle, allowing meals to be prepared freely at any time of day. Right next to it is a comfortable dining table with a set of soft chairs, ideal for shared meals or planning the coming days of your stay.
