It includes a bedroom equipped with a double bed, a living room with a fold-out sofa, TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower.
The Nadmotławie C1 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally payable sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited and their availability unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
