Nadmotławie Estate 77 is great for a family stay or trip with friends. It is designed for a maximum of 6 adults. The entire apartment is tastefully decorated, with attention to detail and comfort. The pull-out couch in the living room provides an additional sleeping place for guests or a space to relax. Large windows allow for a significant amount of natural light, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchen accessories, allowing easy meal preparations. Guests have access to two separate bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished in a modern style with a comfortable double bed that guarantees a peaceful sleep after a day full of experiences. The second bedroom offers guests the option to choose thanks to the pull-out sofa, which can serve as an additional sleeping place as well as a relaxation space. The bathroom with a shower is designed in a modern style, offering guests relaxing moments during morning or evening showers. There is also an additional bathroom with a toilet enhancing the comfort of stay.

The apartment is located in a modern building that was completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in direct proximity to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next door, on the Ołowianka island. The Old Town is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service establishments. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, children’s playroom, and an additionally paid sauna.
