Grano Residence 65 is a stylish, comfortable, well-equipped, air-conditioned apartment located on the border of Gdańsk's Old Town. Its distinguishing feature, besides stylish finishing, is the exceptional view from the windows and balcony. 65 square meters guarantees a comfortable stay for four and up to six people. Comfortable bedrooms, a pleasant living room combined with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a large shower, and a balcony providing an outdoor space - ideal for morning coffee.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building, opened at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the hotel's proximity, it is possible to use the hotel's SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, gym, and massage area. Use of these facilities is additional and dependent on availability.
The building is located on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river, and closeness to the Old Town are direct neighbors of the building.
