Along the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service establishments. The building features a pleasant, green terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom, and additionally a paid sauna.
