The apartment is located in a modern apartment building that was put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in close proximity to the Old Docks. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris Wheel located right next door, on the Ołowianka Island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find a variety of restaurants, shops, and service establishments. There is a pleasant, green terrace on the property. A huge advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and an additional paid sauna.
