The Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of the highest hotel standards and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Large, panoramic windows make the interior bright and spacious while allowing you to enjoy the city view from every corner. At the center of this studio is a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful sleep after a day full of experiences. There is also a kitchenette, adding functionality to this elegant place. The kitchen is equipped with a modern induction hob, enabling quick cooking. For coffee lovers, a coffee machine is available to brighten up the mornings. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a toilet and a large shower.

An additional advantage of the apartment is a pleasant balcony with a city view – an ideal place for a sip of morning coffee.

Deo Plaza 513B Apartment is located on the historic Granaries Island. The building has been renovated and resembles former granaries in appearance. It is situated right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and the Ołowianka Island. You will find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, as well as pubs and cafes. Live music can often be heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall”, where there are restaurants with view terraces and the “E.Wedel” café.

Guests have access to a pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, as well as a jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h in the building. Prior reservation is required and must be made with payment at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 people, with priority entry for Radisson Hotel guests.

Thanks to the location in the city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please note that typical downtown sounds may occur at night.

Due to the renovation of the bridge next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
