The Nadmotławie A41 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes on foot from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just starting its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly enjoy views of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town's townhouses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area in the building — consisting of a children’s playroom and a gym. Use of this area is included in the apartment price.
