Despite its small size of 30m2, the apartment meets the expectations of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. There is a comfortable double bed, a SMART TV, and a fold-out sofa across from it. In this well-planned space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which can easily accommodate breakfast and any other meal. A fully equipped kitchenette allows for cooking, equipped with everything needed for a multi-day stay. An additional space is a spacious balkon, from which you can see the famous Gdańsk Shipyard cranes and the Motława River.

Apartament Nadmotławie 138 is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building that was completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, the marina, and the tenements of the Old Town will accompany us on the way to the Old Town constantly. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
