Despite its small size of 30m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished. The apartment layout ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, a SMART TV, and a fold-out sofa opposite. In this well-planned space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is enabled by a fully equipped kitchenette, containing everything needed for a multi-day stay. Additional space is provided by a generously sized balcony, which offers views of the famous Gdańsk Shipyard cranes and the Motława River.
Nadmotławie 138 Apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.
An enormous advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of parking spaces is limited, and availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. Rental cost for a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
