The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standard with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests also enjoy a welcome set consisting of a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
SPA 24 is a very comfortable apartment located on the 3rd floor of an equally comfortable apartment building. This modern apartment offers exceptional design and comfort at the highest level.
Living room with kitchenette as the central point of the apartment is a place to gather together after a day full of experiences. The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table. Moving to the bedroom, you will find a charming corner designed for relaxation after a day of sightseeing or work. The comfortable double bed ensures a restful sleep, and the cozy atmosphere allows you to unwind and recharge for the next day. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
An additional advantage of the apartment is its location with a unique SPA zone, including a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool. The building is located by the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. Besides the pool and excellent location, there is a terrace on the roof with an amazing view of the Old Town and its surroundings. It is an ideal place for sunbathing, and the building's height ensures you are closer to the sun.
