The living room, thanks to a large folding sofa, is perfect for an evening movie session, while in the afternoons you can enjoy coffee on the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen has space for breakfast at a four-person table. The elegant marble bathroom includes a bathtub and a washing machine. The cozy bedroom offers a large double bed.
Nadmotławie C10 Apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building which was put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes on foot from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization process, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
In addition to the location and pleasant appearance, a great advantage of the apartment building is the communal area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
