At Downtown Apartments we perfectly know how to combine high class with the comfort of relaxation. A perfect example is our new apartment Granaria D504, located in the very heart of Gdańsk, on the historic Granary Island, with a unique view of the Motława River and the vibrant city center.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A stylish studio designed with couples in mind who value comfort, design, and exceptional location. The apartment is designed in an elegant style with attention to every detail – from marble tiles to designer lighting – and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

• The spacious and modernly furnished living room is the heart of the apartment. It features a comfortable, fold-out sofa that can serve as an additional sleeping place, a large TV mounted on the wall, and stylish coffee tables. Thanks to panoramic windows, the interior is bright and full of natural light.

• The covered balcony with a view of the marina is a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The space allows you to enjoy the atmosphere of Gdańsk from the comfort of your own apartment, watching boats moored right by the quay.

• The fully equipped kitchenette offers everything needed for meal preparation – a modern oven, cooktop, sink, and a coffee machine. Right next to it is an elegant, round table with four upholstered chairs, perfect for shared meals.
  For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

• The bedroom is designed for comfort and relaxation. It features a large double bed, two bedside tables with lighting, and a unique wallpaper with a sail motif that gives the interior a maritime character. Guests also have at their disposal a spacious wardrobe to conveniently store their belongings. The bedroom offers a beautiful view of the marina.

• The elegant bathroom is finished in light shades of gray and wood. It includes a spacious shower with a glass cabin, a modern sink with a large mirror, a toilet, and a washing machine built into a wooden cabinet.
  Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries - shower gel, shampoo, and soap.

​IMPORTANT AMENITIES

There is a paid underground parking hall "Interparking Chmielna 110" in the building (5 PLN per hour), with availability depending solely on the parking operator.

​Next door to the building there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA area and massage and jacuzzi paid 150 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which together with payment must be made at the reception Prana SPA in the Radisson hotel.​

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town tenement houses and the historic crane Żuraw. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and a popular evening meeting spot club SASSY.
