Apartamenty Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel standards and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory toiletries set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion. The stay is also enhanced for our Guests by a welcome set in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.

Nadmotławie 5 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 4 people. Our apartment will meet the requirements of the most demanding guests. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a spacious chest of drawers. In the living room you will find a comfortable, fold-out sofa and a television with SMART functionality. In addition a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. The apartment also, of course, includes a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Apartment Nadmotławie 5 is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, along the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's historic buildings.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars fitted with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately beyond our control. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
