The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. In addition, an obligatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Guests are also welcomed with a welcome set consisting of a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie 5 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 4 people. Our apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a spacious dresser. In the living room, you will find a comfortable, fold-out sofa and a SMART TV. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Apartment Nadmotławie 5 is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, you will continuously enjoy views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and a paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars up to 2 meters in height. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The rental cost for a spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
