Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of toiletries is provided. Our Guests’ stay is also enhanced by a welcome set consisting of a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Deo Plaza 312 is a unique apartment on the banks of the Motława River – a place where comfort meets a picturesque landscape. Large windows brighten the room, and their panoramic view of the Motława River delights at first sight. It is the perfect place for couples seeking a romantic atmosphere.
The central point of the living room is a sofa bed, opposite which there is a TV and a speaker system from the renowned Finnish company Genelec, which can be connected via Bluetooth, guaranteeing excellent sound quality. On the other side of the living room, there is a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare a meal. Additionally, guests have at their disposal two spacious wardrobes, providing plenty of storage space.
Right next to it, there is an elegant bedroom with a large comfortable double bed, ensuring an excellent rest after a day full of experiences. The bedroom is surrounded by glass walls and doors, offering an amazing view of the Motława River, which catches the first rays of the sun in the morning. For full comfort, the bedroom is equipped with hotel-standard curtains providing 100% blackout, ensuring privacy.
The bathroom is designed in a modern style, with a shower, soft towels, and essential toiletries.
The pleasant balcony with a view of the city and the Motława River is perfect as a place for a morning coffee.
The Deo Plaza 312 apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and looks like former granaries. Situated right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna street and Ołowianka island. There are restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” café.
Guests have access to a pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, and a jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5 hours. Prior reservation is required, which together with payment should be made at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 people, with priority entry for Radisson Hotel guests.
If interested in renting a parking space for 100 PLN/day, please contact us by phone at +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. Renting a private parking space depends on availability. The garage entrance height limit is 1.9m.
Thanks to its location in the city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, it is worth remembering that typical downtown sounds may occur at night.
Due to the renovation of the bridge next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
