Deo Plaza 312 is a unique apartment on the banks of the Motława River – a place where comfort meets picturesque scenery. Large windows illuminate the room, and their panoramic view of the Motława River captivates at first sight. It is an ideal place for couples seeking a romantic atmosphere.
The Deo Plaza 312 apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles old granaries in appearance. Situated right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and the Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, as well as pubs and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” cafe.
Guests have access to a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and a jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Advance reservation is required, which must be made and paid for at the reception of the Radisson Hotel. The pool has a limit of 35 people, with priority access for Radisson Hotel guests.
If interested in renting a parking space for 100 PLN/day, please contact +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. The possibility of renting a private parking space depends on availability. The height of the entrance to the parking garage is 1.9m.
Thanks to its location in the very city center, our guests can fully experience its atmosphere — but please keep in mind that at night typical downtown noises may occur.
