The Nadmotławie 44 apartment is a comfortable, detail-refined space designed with full guest comfort in mind – ideal both for a romantic getaway and a longer stay in the heart of Gdańsk.

​ABOUT THE APARTMENT

This 28-square-meter apartment is perfect as a base for a couple that values comfort and a pleasant, well-organized space conducive to relaxation. It is adapted for up to 3 adults.

• The comfortable studio offers a cozy double bed positioned opposite a TV with cable channels, creating the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Large windows provide beautiful lighting and views of the surroundings. An additional bed is hidden inside the chest of drawers under the TV.
• The private balcony with a set of chairs allows you to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors or relax in the evening while watching the sunset.
• Kitchenette is fully equipped – guests have at their disposal a hotplate, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and kettle. It is the perfect place to prepare meals comfortably. For guest convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
• Right next to the sleeping area, there is a comfortable table with chairs, which is great for shared meals or working on a laptop.
• The stylish bathroom offers a shower, toilet, and hairdryer, ensuring comfort during both short and longer stays. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries.

​IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area of the building – consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building also includes an underground parking garage that allows cars up to 2 meters in height. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces is limited and their availability is unfortunately independent. The rental cost is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.

The Nadmotławie estate is a unique location on the shore of the New Motława, just a 10-minute walk from Gdańsk’s Old Town and its main attractions, such as the Long Market, Neptune’s Fountain, and the Crane. In the immediate vicinity, there is a marina, promenade, Baltic Philharmonic, and numerous restaurants and cafes. You can reach the Museum of the Second World War and the European Solidarity Centre in about 15 minutes on foot. The beach in Brzeźno is about a 20-minute drive by car or tram, and other seaside districts like Jelitkowo or Stogi are equally accessible. It is an ideal place for those who value proximity to the center and relaxation by the water.
