The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire Gdańsk’s panorama from the Amber Sky Ferris wheel located right next door on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service establishments. On the property there is a pleasant, green terrace. A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and attractive appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a free gym, a playroom for children and an additionally payable sauna.
