The apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in close proximity to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel, located nearby on the Ołowianka Island. The Old Town is just a few minutes’ walk away. Along the way, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building, consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and a paid sauna.
