On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. A pleasant, greened terrace has been created on the premises. A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — which includes a free gym, children's playroom, and a sauna available for an additional fee.
