Downtown Apartments are an ideal combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Marina Residence apartment building situated at a short distance from the sea, just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful, sandy Gdańsk beach. Directly adjacent to the building is President Ronald Reagan Park, an ideal place for bike rides and long walks. Nearby, you can find all kinds of shops, and a little further the Przymorze Shopping Gallery.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the availability of the fitness room. Use of this amenity is included in the apartment price.
