The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant snow-white bed linens and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests also enjoy a welcome set consisting of a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Marina Residence is a complete apartment! It has everything needed for a comfortable life and a very successful holiday. Stylish finishes, functional equipment, the best location, adequate space. The 75-square-meter apartment guarantees a comfortable stay for 6 people, who can enjoy a spacious living room combined with a well-equipped kitchenette, two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Marina Residence apartment building, situated at a short distance from the sea, just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Gdansk. The immediate vicinity of the building is the President Ronald Reagan Park, an ideal place for bike rides and long walks. Nearby there are all kinds of shops and a bit further the Przymorze Shopping Gallery.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the possibility to use the fitness room. Using this facility is included in the apartment price.
