The central point of the living room is a stylish convertible sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after an intense day or as a cozy place for guests. The kitchenette connected to the living room is a space for preparing any meal. Modern, high-quality appliances guarantee convenience and efficiency in cooking. Numerous shelves and cabinets help maintain order, and the minimalist design adds elegance to the kitchen.

Guests have at their disposal two separate bedrooms. Entering the first bedroom, you will find a large double bed ensuring excellent sleep and rest. The thoughtful room arrangement also includes a wardrobe providing enough space for storing clothes and other personal items. The second bedroom contains two single beds.

Of course, there is a cozy bathroom with a toilet and a rain shower. It is an ideal place to relax during a bath after an active day.

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage. The parking space is designed for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 1.5 meters in height. Detailed instructions along with the number and exact dimensions of the space are included in the offer and check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will result in the need to call for service, which will incur an additional fee.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a very modern apartment building situated right next to the river, allowing access to the SPA zone consisting of a pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. Availability depends on the number of spaces.
