Downtown Apartments is an ideal combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, delicately scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. A welcome set in the form of a packet of teas, coffee, and basic spices also enhances the stay for our guests.
Grano Residence 112 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the edge of Gdańsk's Old Town. The above-average spacious 50 square meters guarantees a successful stay for a maximum of four people. A comfortable bedroom, a pleasant living room connected with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Due to the hotel's proximity, it is possible to use the hotel SPA area consisting of a swimming pool, gym, and massage area. Use of these facilities is additionally payable and depends on availability.
The building is located on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the edge of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, visually appealing apartment buildings, access to the river, and the closeness of the Old Town are the immediate surroundings of the building.
