Grano Residence 112 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the border of Gdańsk's Old Town. Exceptionally spacious 50 square meters guarantees a successful stay for up to four people. A comfortable bedroom, a pleasant living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building opened at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the proximity to the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel's SPA area consisting of a pool, gym, and massage zone. Use of this is additionally charged and subject to availability.
The building is located on Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, visually attractive apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are direct neighbors of the building.
Due to construction works near the building, some apartments may be affected by noise. We apologize for the inconvenience.
