Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of the highest hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, nicely scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also greeted with a welcome set of tea, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 68 is the perfect choice for a romantic or simply very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two, and maximum 2 people. Despite its small size, being 31m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable bed is directly opposite a large SMART TV. In this small space, there is room for a bar counter that easily provides comfort during breakfast or any other meal. Preparing meals is made easy with a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a several-day stay. An additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.
The Nadmotławie 68 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building that was opened in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us along the way to the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and a sauna. Using this shared area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spots in the garage is limited, and unfortunately their availability is not guaranteed. The cost of renting a spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
