Meal preparation is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette, which has everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture.​

The Nadmotławie 68 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town, you will constantly enjoy views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits vehicles equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
