Despite its small size of 40m2, it meets the requirements of the most demanding. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The living room is combined with a kitchenette, equipped with a sofa bed and a TV with SMART function. In addition, there is a bathroom with a comfortable shower.
The Nadmotławie 19 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, you will constantly enjoy the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The rental cost for a garage space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
