ABOUT THE APARTMENT
A comfortable apartment, ideal for families or a group of friends, located in a modern complex with access to a free SPA zone in the building. Bright, harmoniously furnished interiors promote relaxation and rest. The apartment is designed for up to 6 people, providing a comfortable space for spending time together and relaxing.
The spacious and bright living room is the perfect place to unwind. There is a comfortable sofa bed opposite the TV with cable channels, allowing you to relax with your favorite movie or show. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the balcony exit allows you to enjoy the view of a quiet, green courtyard.
Both from the living room and both bedrooms, you can access the furnished balcony, which overlooks the green, inner courtyard. It's an ideal spot for a moment of relaxation outdoors.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, and a set of dishes and kitchen utensils. Next to it is a dining table with chairs, where you can comfortably enjoy a meal together or have your morning coffee. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
In the main bedroom there is a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and pleasant bedding, guaranteeing a peaceful sleep.
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds 90 cm wide - an ideal solution for children or additional guests, providing comfort and privacy.
In the bathroom with a shower, hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared for guests to ensure a comfortable stay.
IMPORTANT AMENITIES
The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the bank of the Motława River. The building offers access to the SPA zone, which includes: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Use of the facilities is subject to availability.
Please be informed that until 28.02.2026, it is not recommended to use the SPA zone.
