The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Waterlane SPA F5 is a unique, duplex apartment designed for a maximum of 4 people. However, the full comfort will be felt by a couple, who can enjoy the comfort of a separate bedroom, a five-meter high living room, and a garden in the form of a terrace.

The apartment is located in a modern building situated right next to the river, enabling access to the SPA zone consisting of a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Availability depends on the number of available spots.
