The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky Ferris wheel located nearby on the Ołowianka Island. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and attractive appearance, is the shared area of the building — which includes a free gym, children's playroom, and an additional paid sauna.
