Downtown Apartments are the perfect blend of top hotel quality with the functionality of a private home. Pleasant snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Our guests’ stay is also enhanced with a welcome set consisting of a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Sol Marina 7 is a complete apartment! It has everything needed for comfortable living and a very successful holiday. Stylish finishes, unique view, functional equipment, the best location, and adequate space. The 60-square-meter apartment guarantees a comfortable stay for 4 people, who can enjoy a spacious living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and an additional toilet. A special space is the intimate balcony with an amazing view of the marina.

The apartment also includes a ground-level parking space.

Guests at the Hotel Grano (located in the same complex) have access to a SPA & Wellness area consisting of a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and SPA zone. Entry to the SPA area costs 100 PLN per adult, 50 PLN for children aged 4-12, and is free for children under 4. The Wellness zone charges apply according to the price list.

The apartment is located in the coastal part of Gdańsk, right on the shore of the Martwa Wisła river estuary into the Baltic Sea and just 500 meters from Sobieszewo Island. This is a unique area containing two reserves — Ptasi Raj and Mewia Łacha, and the status of an ecological island guarantees the preservation of nature in its natural state.
