The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. 10 minutes walk to the beach, and another 10 minutes to tourist attractions by the beach such as restaurants, bars, and beach bars. Thanks to the proximity to the southern bypass entrance and the coastal route, it’s easy to reach all attractions of the Tri-City area. In the Brzeziński park about 7 minutes from the apartment, a bike route runs along the entire coast. This allows visiting places like the pier in Brzeźno, Jelitkowo, Sopot pier, Orłowo pier, Orłowo cliff, and many more. For guests arriving with pets, an important note is that there is a dog beach located 15 minutes from the property. Within the estate grounds, there is a playground for children.
