The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, there is a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. A welcome set in the form of tea, coffee, and basic spices package also enhances our Guests' stay.
Nadmotławie 134 is an ideal choice for a romantic, extremely comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. Ceilings over 3 meters high provide additional comfort. The apartment layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable, large bed, opposite which is a suitably sized SMART TV. In this small space, there is a place for a table with chairs, which will provide comfort during breakfast. Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, which contains everything needed for a stay of several days. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a balcony.
The Nadmotławie 134 apartment is located on the top, 5th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes on foot from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town's tenement houses. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Use of this area is included in the apartment price.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows entry of cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability unfortunately is not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
