The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, a nicely scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Nadmotławie 134 is an ideal choice for a romantic, extremely comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. Ceilings over 3 meters high add extra comfort. The apartment layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable, large bed, opposite which is a suitably sized SMART TV. In this small space there is room for a table with chairs, which will provide comfort during breakfast. Preparing meals is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, which has everything needed for a multi-day stay. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a balcony.

The Nadmotławie 134 apartment is located on the last, 5th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenements will constantly accompany your walk to the Old Town.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and a paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of garage spaces is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed.  The cost to rent a garage space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
